Kate Hudson

Movie Star Kate Hudson shows off her beautiful long shapely style cut with flowing waves, a perfect example of someone who knows that simplicity and drama are the keys to beauty and style.

This style works best if hair is straight or has a loose curl or wave that can be straightened with a blow dryer or set with large Valcro or hot rollers. Start with a long face framing layered "shaped to fit" style cut to accent or soften facial features. Works with most face shapes.

To Get Kate Hudson's long look... If hair is wavy-curly type, Begin by combing a dab of Straightening Styling Balm through damp hair, section and blow dry to smooth surface and relax curl or wave. If hair is extremely curly after blow drying use a flat styling iron to press hair smooth and straight. Next roll hair up on large and medium hot rollers or Velcro curlers. Remove and finger comb to break up roller set into a soft wave. Mist with Mist Spray Pomade for texture and shine.

For Straight Hair Types, lightly mist hair with Quick Style Spray Gel or apply a puff of Gel Mousse, section and blow dry. After roll up with hot rollers or Velcro curlers (large & medium)....after brush through with fingers and work a puff of foaming pomade spray for texture, shape and shine.

Optional: for extra hold spray lightly with a Finishing Spray for hidden support.

For Kate's blonde color effect. If hair is light brown or dish water blonde use a "high lift" golden blonde tint. After have a few pale blonde highlights weaved through base color.

If hair is dark brown use a two set (bleach to lighten) followed with a golden blonde tint or toner for two toned effect. Use a color enhancing shampoo to bring out dark highlights in the hair. For best result consult a salon colorist for this process requires professional application for best results..
