Aisha Tyler

Not only is she funny, intelligent, and talented - but she's got great hair! She won the award for Best Short Cut in Marie Claire Magazine. Her short, stylish cut looks good almost everyone (even if you think you can't wear short hair).

The Cut: It's flattering to most, but if you have really curly hair, it'll take work -- and a powerful hair dryer -- to get the look. Ask for a shag with slightly overgrown fringe. If your face is very round, go slightly longer than Tyler's style to avoid accentuating your face's width, says Reed.

The Style: Prep hair after washing, with a moisture based treatment. Then blow dry or let air dry. Use a dual-use flat iron that will both straighten and curl in the same appliance. These irons are ceramic all the way around and are curved. Work with 1-inch to 1.5-inch sections at a time. Straighten each section first to smoothen and then go over the same section, but this time curl the hair. Curl the hair by starting the curl at the middle of the section and then pulling slightly until you have curled the entire section. You may also flip the end for a different look.
