To achieve this shade of blonde, first you must have your base color lifted (if you are not already blonde)--your stylist will determine how much. Once you have a nice golden base color, powder hi-lites and warm low-lites can be added. Baliage or hair painting would be the best way to get the brightness and contrast as seen here on Jessica.

To maintain your blonde use a color enhancing shampoo and conditioner. The cut is fairly straightforward, falling to the collarbone with long textured layers and a sweeping bang. This cut is best suited for thin or fine straight hair.

For styling you will need a good volumizing spray, texturizing spray wax, and a good shine product. Apply volumizing spray to towel dried hair starting at the roots and working your way down to the ends. Dry hair in sections using a large round brush. Blow hair up and away from the scalp making sure each section is dry before moving on to the next. Create volume at the crown by pulling sections from the rear crown of the head, forward and up.
